Production ManagerLocation: Angus, Scotland Salary: 40-45k DOEContract: Permanent About the RoleI am seeking an experienced and practical Production Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a chemical manufacturing plant in Angus on behalf of my client. This is a hands-on management role, combining leadership of a small production team with direct involvement in the practical operation of the plant. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and consistently to the required quality standards, while troubleshooting operational issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and helping develop a growing operation. About YouYou will be a practical, organised and proactive individual with experience in chemical, process or similar manufacturing operations. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for the overall operation while remaining hands-on and working alongside the production team when required.
