Production Manager - Rolling StockDerbyWe are recruiting a Production Manager to join a leading rail manufacturing organisation in Derby. This role is key to the safe and efficient delivery of production targets, ensuring trains are delivered on time, in a fully compliant, safe, and customer-ready condition.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing production operations, leading teams, and ensuring all safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently achieved.This is a 37-hour per week position with a requirement to work alternating weekly shifts.Morning Shift (8% shift allowance)Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00Friday: 06:00 - 11:00PAYE: 28.05 per hourUmbrella: 35.92 - 37.68 per hourAfternoon Shift (16% shift allowance)Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00Friday: 11:00 - 18:00PAYE: 30.14 per hourUmbrella: 38.62 - 40.52 per hourOvertimeWeekend overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:Saturday: % (PAYE: 37.31/hr Umbrella: 47.90- 50.25/hr)Sunday: % (PAYE: 42.08/hr Umbrella: 54.08 - 56.73/hr)Main duties and responsibilities will include:You''ll be part of a large, well-known rail company managing the Maintenance Teams and ensuring that accountability for production is clearly defined and delegated.
