They are currently looking for a Production Manager to join the team.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring KPIs across safety, quality, and delivery are consistently met. You will work closely with planning to achieve production targets and schedules, while leading and developing team leaders and shop floor staff through effective performance management and training. The role will involve driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, monitoring performance and reporting on KPIs, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a strong safety-first culture.This role would suit an experienced Production Manager with a background in manufacturing or fabrication who ideally understands the process of manipulating sheet metal (such as cutting, welding, painting) looking for a hands-on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to influence processes, ..... full job details .....
