Production Manager - Full Time Ballymoney Key Details: £Negotiable salary 4.5 day working week Monday to Friday, day shift What the Role Offers: Full-time permanent position. Opportunity to take responsibility for a key production function. Management of an established team of 15-20 employees. Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and the continued growth of the business. A varied and hands-on management role within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations and supervise the production team. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines. Monitor productivity, quality and workflow performance. Allocate work and maintain staffing levels. Lead, train and support team members. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Drive process improvements and reduce waste. Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Installation teams. Monitor stock and material availability. Investigate and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Ensure health and safety and housekeeping standards are met. Monitor equipment and report maintenance requirements. Provide production updates to senior management. Criteria: Previous experience in a Production Management, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Management role. Experience managing and motivating a team within a manufacturing environment.
