Location: Luton (On-site)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Benefits Bonus (up to 10%) 
Hours: Full-time Flexible Working Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established, highly regulated mechanical manufacturing business based in Luton.

You''ll take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading production teams to deliver quality products safely, on time, and to customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll drive operational performance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager.
• Background within a regulated mechanical manufacturing environment such as aerospace, defence, automotive, medical or precision engineering.
• Strong leadership experience managing Team Leaders and production teams.
• Experience driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of production planning, ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 is advantageous.
