You will take responsibility for leading production operations, driving performance, and ensuring on-time delivery to the highest quality standards, while playing a central role in shaping the future of the manufacturing function.The appointed Production Manager will carry out the following dutiesOversee the production process in line with the production schedule.Ensure planned KPIs for efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational objectives.Establish and maintain high standards of operational performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including reduction of planned hours.Ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Maintain strict adherence to procedures to achieve first-pass quality targets.Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports and oversee appraisals across production areas.Promote continuous improvement across quality and operational performance.Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.Manage manufacturing operations in line with ..... full job details .....
