Production Manager

Reed Engineering and Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering and MnWe are looking for a Production Manager to take full responsibility for manufacturing operations at the site. This is a operational leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead all aspects of site production, ensuring manufacturing targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. You will drive operational performance, lead site teams, and support the ongoing development of processes, systems, and capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage site production to meet output, quality, cost, and safety targetsPlan and control production and labour resources across shiftsDevelop and manage site maintenance strategy, including planned maintenance and projectsEnsure full compliance with HSE legislation and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standardsMaintain product quality in line with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirementsDrive continuous improvement across production and manufacturing processesDevelop, coach, and engage production teamsAbout YouProven experience in a manufacturing or production management roleBackground in metals, heat treatment, forging, melting or metals recycling etc , or a related industrial environment preferredStrong people leadership and communication skillsSound knowledge of HSE and quality management systemsExperience managing budgets and driving ..... full job details .....
