This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for people, productivity, quality, food safety and dispatch performance, as well as improving processes as the operation continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day chilled picking, packing and dispatch operation. Plan labour, staffing and workflow around changing order volumes. Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams. Ensure orders are packed accurately, efficiently and on time. Monitor productivity, labour efficiency, quality, waste and rework. Identify bottlenecks and implement practical operational improvements. Maintain stock control, traceability and temperature-control standards. Develop SOPs, training and performance standards.
