Production Manager

to lead and develop our clients engineering function. This senior management role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project and people management, particularly within a manufacturing or electronics environment.Key Responsibilities as an Production Manager :Lead and manage all aspects of New Product Introduction, from design handover to full production releaseOwn and drive project management for engineering deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomesEnsure complete and accurate manufacturing documentation is createdIdentify, propose, and implement process improvements within the manufacturing environment to drive efficiency and qualityAct as a key liaison between design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into productionMaintain strong focus on continuous improvement, lean principles, and operational excellenceRequired Experience and Skills:Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial engineering role within a factory environmentDemonstrated success managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projectsStrong project management capability, able to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordinationExperience working with manufacturing documentation and production readiness activitiesKnowledge of PCB/PCBA processes is highly desirableFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologiesWhat They Offer as Production Manager:Competitive salary circa 50,000 - 55,000 plus benefitsOpportunity to shape and develop the engineering functionHigh-impact role with visibility across the organisationIf this Production Manager sounds like it could be of interest, please apply now or contact Molly Brooks at ..... full job details .....
