Monitor and analyse manufacturing performance, providing monthly statistical reports to senior leadership. Ensure the production plan is met, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or delays. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive operational improvements. Manage and support production supervisors while providing guidance to indirect reports.
