Production Manager

Position: Production Manager Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join an innovative creative production business specialising in large-scale events, installations, exhibitions and brand activations. Responsibilities:Manage projects from initial concept and pre-production through to final deliveryWork closely with producers, designers, technical teams and other stakeholders to develop practical production solutionsProduce detailed production specifications and initial cost estimates to support new business and project proposalsAct as a key point of contact for clients, confidently communicating production methods, technical requirements, timelines and costsManage external suppliers, subcontractors and production partners throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with fabrication teams to develop pricing, production plans and delivery schedules for bespoke assetsSource, assess and develop relationships with new suppliers while maintaining strong existing supplier partnershipsEstablish appropriate staffing and crew requirements for each projectCoordinate freelancers, contractors and local production crews as requiredManage production budgets, monitor expenditure and accurately reconcile project costsEnsure all production activities comply with relevant health and safety requirementsPrepare, review and manage RAMS, method statements and other project documentationCoordinate and oversee installations, live events and de-rig activities ..... full job details .....
