The Role You will drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles, optimise production processes, reduce waste and inventory costs, and ensure production, quality and delivery targets are consistently achieved. You will lead by example, develop a multi-skilled workforce and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and high standards. You will work 35 hours per week and the company can have a degree of flexibility around the core hours of 06.30-16.00, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop production teams. Manage production planning, scheduling and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Monitor production KPIs and achieve quality and delivery targets.
