Your responsibilities as Production Manager

• Lead daily operations to achieve production, quality and safety targets.
• Develop, coach and support operational leaders while building succession plans.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with planning and stock teams to maximise production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
• Maintain a strong presence across the operation to support performance, engagement and consistent standards.

What we''re looking for in a Production Manager

• Strong background in manufacturing operations and production leadership.
• Experience analysing operational data and using KPIs to drive improvement.
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook alongside production, ERP or WMS systems.
• Ability to deliver presentations, lead meetings and communicate operational plans effectively.
