From £19.23 per hour/£40,000 per year

One of Europe’s leading and longest established manufacturers of Electrical and heating products located in Redditch are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a busy and vibrant team, with the opportunity to offer and implement fresh ideas, expand and improve the production operation, and feel truly valued within the company.  

Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:

• Manage and oversee daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team
• Monitor work flow and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain health and safety standards across the production floor
• Offer new and fresh insights into the business
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
