You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers, technicians, and operatives, driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the workshop and production facilitiesPlan and allocate workload, ensuring deadlines and production targets are metLead, supervise and support shop floor personnel, including performance management and trainingEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policiesMonitor production output and implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivityLiaise with engineering, planning, quality, and procurement teams to coordinate workflowEnsure maintenance schedules are adhered to for plant and equipmentMonitor job costs and resource usage to support budgetary controlOversee quality assurance processes and resolve any technical or operational issuesSupport ..... full job details .....
