      <description>Location: London | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Production Manager Southall £60,000 £75,000 I m currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a growing food manufacturing business based in Southall. This is a genuinely hands-on Production Manager role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading people, driving standards and making sure production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.The role You ll take responsibility for the day-to-day production operation, working closely with the CEO and wider management team to ensure the site is operating effectively and continues to develop. We re looking for someone who is process-driven, commercially aware and confident leading a diverse operational workforce.
