Production Manager

Production Manager Eastleigh/Southampton | Up to -60,000 + 5% Bonus

A leading global engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join its Eastleigh/Southampton site in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of Production.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production planning, capacity management and team performance. You''ll lead a Production Team Leader and oversee a team of 10-20 skilled employees, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Lead production planning and capacity management
• Manage labour, budgets and production schedules
• Coach and develop production teams
• Drive continuous improvement across the shop floor
• Work closely with Engineering and Procurement

• 5+ years'' Production Management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Manufacturing background (any industry)
• Experience with production planning, capacity and budgets
