The company supplies high-quality components to the aerospace sector and is focused on maintaining strong standards across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development.As part of the senior leadership team, we are looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, improve production performance and develop a high-performing shop floor team.The RoleReporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of production, ensuring that manufacturing operations are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership position within a precision machining and aerospace manufacturing environment, working closely with Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and other operational functions.The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, resource utilisation, productivity, delivery performance, cost control and the development of the production team, whilst driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day production activities across the manufacturing operation.Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet ..... full job details .....
