The successful Production Manager will lead day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering performance, driving continuous improvement, and building a high-performing production environment.Main Duties Production Manager Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet production plansEnsure high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory complianceDrive shop floor performance, accountability, and team engagementSupport capacity planning and new product introduction readinessAct as escalation point for operational, technical, and people issuesDevelop, coach, and strengthen frontline leadership capabilityChampion Lean and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Production Manager A background in a similar role, leading manufacturing or complex assembly or equivalent operationsStrong track record of delivering performance and driving continuous improvementEffective people leader with coaching and team development capabilityExperience in structured, highly regulated environmentsKnowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Lean manufacturing principlesProactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment What we can offer ..... full job details .....
