Production Manager 65k + Bonus and package East Yorkshire Unique production management role to head up operations for a small team and make your mark for this market leading manufacturer. Great number two role. There is a wealth of experience in this business, and they now need to grow their team with a Production Manager who can bring their knowledge and expertise to lead and develop the team. Knowing what works, combing leadership with CI and KPI measurement building on what has already been achieved giving more visibility and the detail around the data. There is so much scope in this role for someone with a wide breadth of understanding about manufacturing to truly make their mark here. This is a supportive and highly team-focused business, offering full autonomy in the role. Reporting to the Site Director, production will be yours to lead. The site has enjoyed significant investment with a long serving team. This is a key management role working closely with the Site Lead, deputising in their absence and being a strong number two for the site.
