Production Manager - Fresh Produce £50k Max Location: South London Incentives: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 4 nights with 3 days off. Working hours are from 10pm Sunday evening to 08.00 am Thursday morning. Our Client is the leading Fruit supplier in the UK and due to expansion they now require a Production Manager to assist with the production process of their products. The objective will be to manage production lines and ensure they run as efficiently as possible, products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations, quality standards and Health and Safety regulations are met and Line Leaders are supported and motivated. We require an individual with experience in a similar position, supervising staff and working within Fresh Produce currently. A hands on, motivated and confident individual is required to drive the team and achieve targets and expectations. This is a night position working 40 hours per week over 4 nights with 3 days off.
