Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 (OTE £65,000 – based on performance related KPIs)

The role of the Production Manager – Kitchens will involve:

• Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of kitchen and cabinetry systems
• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery
• Drive production performance against targets, balancing quality, cost, and efficiency while continuously improving processes
• Own production planning, resource utilisation, and operational decision-making to meet demand and resolve issues
• Ensure high standards of quality, Health & Safety, and compliance across all areas of the operation
• Lead, develop, and manage the team while driving KPIs, cost control, and a culture of continuous improvement

The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager – Kitchens with:

• Must have experience in a production or operations management role, ideally within the KBB industry although would be open to someone with experience with joinery, cabinets, doors, hardware or closely related.
• Must have experience working for a manufacture
• Must have experience managing a team, open ended in size although would be advantageous to have previously managed 20+
• Ideally strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC, assembly, finishing, etc.
• Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory experience ideally with technical knowledge of production
• Lean manufacturing skillset (5S), IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous
• IT literate and familiar with manufacturing software
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
