Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Production Manager. The Role You will be responsible for-overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget.- Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.- You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety. Is day shift managing a team of 45. You will lead your team and area to successfully deliver your KPI''s and drive business performance. Coach, develop and lead staff and establish a continuous improvement culture.
