Responsibilities:

• Managing-a-leadership-team-of-Shift-Managers-and-Team-leaders-across-2-shifts-(Double-Days-pattern)
• Analyse-production-data-to-identify-areas-for-improvement-in-efficiency,-cost,-and-waste
• Maintain-a-safe-production-environment
• Manage-resources-including-Rotas-and-employee-holiday
• Maintain-smooth-operations,-meeting-and-exceeding-targets-for-efficiency,-Quality-and-Wastage.-
• Identify-and-resolve-operational-challenges,-including-machine-downtime,-staffing-requirements

The-Person:

• Previous-Experience-Within-Packaging-or-FMCG-is-essential
• A-people-person,-strong-maangement-
• Strong-organizational-and-managerial-skills
