This is a key leadership role with responsibility for delivering high levels of productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will be a strong people manager with a passion for operational excellence and proven experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.Ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Monitor production performance and implement improvements where necessary.Manage labour, equipment, and materials to maximise productivity and efficiency.Ensure production schedules are achieved and customer delivery requirements are met.Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors, team leaders, and operators.Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and teamwork.Conduct ..... full job details .....
