Production Manager

Lead a Production team, driving safety, quality, delivery and productivity while developing a high performing team.You will be responsible for improving manufacturing performance, implementing CI initiatives and ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved. Manage and develop production teams through coaching, performance management and engagement initiatives. Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including productivity, efficiency and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement activities across manufacturing and assembly operations. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning teams to deliver customer requirements. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, quality and company procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance. ProfileIdeal Candidate: Proven experience in a Production Manager role. Background within engineering, industrial, assembly or manufacturing environments. Strong people leadership skills with experience managing production teams. Demonstrable track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Experience using KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
