Production Manager

This role leads a small manufacturing operation, overseeing production, planning, product development, quality, food safety, logistics, and continuous improvement to support business growth and customer satisfaction.Client DetailsAn established food manufacturing business focused on producing high-quality products for multiple sales channels, including retail, wholesale, franchise, and foodservice customers. Manage production planning, capacity and operational performance. Drive product development, innovation and recipe standardisation. Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergens, labelling and regulatory requirements. Prepare the business for EHO, customer and BRCGS audits. Manage suppliers, inventory and production planning. Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics to deliver excellent customer service. Drive cost reduction, labour productivity and waste improvement. Develop KPIs, budgets and management reporting.
