Job Role: Production ManagerLocation: RotherhamSalary: 58,000 - 62,000 per annum (depending on experience)Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer, who are looking for a Production Manager to join their team.Job Duties: Lead and manage daily production activitiesManage a team of supervisors and operativesMonitor productivity rates and quality controlDrive process improvementCollaborate with various departments across the businessSet and evaluate targets, goals, training and performance feedbackConduct root cause analysis on production issuesOversee quality control procedures Job Requirements:5 years'' experience in a manufacturing or production management roleHold relevant engineering qualificationsGood knowledge of automation and machiningMechanical Engineering backgroundGood knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and supply chain management principles Salary, Shift and Benefits: 58,000 - 62,000 per annum (depending on experience)Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3pm (flexi hours)Discretionary bonus paid quarterlyPension schemeLife assuranceEmployee Assistance Programme25 holiday days plus bank holidaysIf this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV! ..... full job details .....
