This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a weaving production shift, ensuring operational performance, product quality, safety compliance and team development. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced operators and trainees, driving production efficiency while promoting a positive, high-performance culture. This role requires a proactive supervisor who can analyse production issues, identify improvements and support continuous development across the department.
