A food manufacturing background is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely and to the highest standards of quality and food safety, whilst driving continuous improvement and developing a high-performing production team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations, ensuring plans and targets are achieved. Lead, motivate and develop production teams. Monitor KPIs, productivity, waste and operational costs. Maintain food safety, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and waste reduction initiatives. Work closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams.
