This role would suit an experienced manager that understands safety critical manufacturing and wants to have ownership / make a real difference. The Production Manager will -Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers -Directly manage both team leaders and operators -Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team The Production Manager will possess -Demonstrable experience in a similar role -Suitable management qualification or experience -The ability to communicate well at all levels.
