The successful candidate will oversee a team of 100+ in production and will deliver production outputs safely, on time and to specifications. You will work with data and via KPI’s to improve and implement new processes that can handle the scaling business. After investing in both machinery and growing the team the company needs to optimise production flow, minimise waste and build on the culture of continuous improvement. A Production Manager with experience of managing a large team and driving change within a mechanical assembly environment is required.
