Materials.All of it.We''re working with an established bespoke joinery business delivering high-value projects, and they''re looking for a Production Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop.The objective is simple:Get the right work built, to the right standard, on time and within budget.Your roleYou''ll take control of workshop operations, making sure production is properly planned, people are performing, quality is maintained and client deadlines are hit.That means you''ll be responsible for:Planning and scheduling workshop production through the company ERP systemEnsuring projects are delivered within agreed hours and materials budgetsMaintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeepingMonitoring quality and managing performance across the workshopReviewing drawings and cutting lists before work reaches productionProviding joinery expertise and solving problems on the shop floorManaging Goods In and Goods Out, including stock, packing, storage and delivery planningControlling stock in line with FSC requirementsEnsuring machinery, FLTs and tools are properly maintainedManaging timekeeping, absence, training, inductions and performanceDeveloping apprentices and helping build the next generation of ..... full job details .....
