We''re searching for a passionate and highly motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic team at our Chirk, Wrexham site.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you''ll be the driving force behind our production, taking ownership of:Leading the departmental production process, from raw materials to finished product.Being responsible for all environmental, and Health and Safety specific matters within your area.Optimising production efficiency and yield, ensuring we meet targets and deliver on time.Managing and motivating a team of Skilled Operators to achieve exceptional results.Implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures.Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.Requirements:A degree-level qualification or relevant technical qualifications in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years'' experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.Proven track ..... full job details .....
