Production Manager Wigan Permanent Up to £50,000 DOEHours: 55 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pmKPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long standing client who are currently looking to recruit for a Production Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.You will be responsible for:Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.Procuring factory production equipment and managing its maintenance.Striving to reduce costs and increase productivity across all product lines.Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory.Implementing all company procedures and policies.Reporting any problems or obstacles to senior managementMonitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control.Training and coaching Factory Operators and Sorters Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.The successful candidate will have:Strong communication skills.Proven experience in a managerial role.A background in food production.Availability to work flexible shifts.A solid understanding of manufacturing processes.Demonstrable leadership experience.Benefits include; 28 days holiday , company pension scheme, free onsite parkingAPPLY NOW!
