It''s a great business with a positive culture where people genuinely enjoy working together.What the Role InvolvesLeading Team Leaders and production staff across multiple production zonesDriving output, quality, and OTIF performance through engaged, motivated teamsChampioning Lean and continuous improvement using VTPS methodologyCollaborating with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HRManaging budgets, labour costs, and KPIs with a hands-on leadership styleMaintaining compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standardsWhat you''ll need5+ years in a manufacturing or production leadership roleA strong track record as a people manager.
