A strong background in fabrication is essential, along with proven experience managing complex manufacturing and production processes. Hours of work would be-Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (Friday finish 1.00pm). Job Responsibilities Manage health & safety to a high standard to ensure all incidents & accidents are investigated and root cause analysis is carried out & implement countermeasures. Manage product quality through all cells to excellent standards. Develop standardised methods of operation within all cells to ensure process control. Measure efficiency levels per cell for reporting at the daily production meeting & develop continuous methods of improving efficiencies. Control overtime to required & agreed levels. Manage WIP with production planner for parts flow control.- Control manning to agreed levels in line with build requirements. Ensure training is carried out to high standards at all levels.
