The Opportunity As Production Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading the day to day operations, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with our Sales, Operations and Leadership teams, you''ll oversee production planning, team development, quality assurance and process improvement, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a highly skilled production team, creating a positive and high performing working environment. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines. Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across the fabrication department. Ensure all products meet the exacting quality standards required. Review technical drawings, templates and production information to ensure accurate manufacture.
