Production Manager Wooburn Green 40,000 - 55,000 Permanent Monday - Friday We are working with a growing manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on management role where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, ensuring quality, efficiency and customer delivery targets are achieved. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will lead the production team, drive continuous improvements and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the company. Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Planning, coordinating and overseeing daily production operations Managing production schedules to ensure customer delivery deadlines are achieved Leading, motivating and developing the production team Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Resolving production issues and implementing practical solutions Monitoring production performance and driving continuous improvements Working closely with engineering, sales and supply chain teams Maintaining high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Supporting cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives Requirements of the Production Manager: Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing ..... full job details .....
