You must have proven experience, to support the Operations Manager, MD and other Directors. It is working for a highly successful, reputable company and working in a fast-paced, manufacturing and distribution environment. You will perform tasks that are critical to the business. This will suit somebody who already is a Production Manager, who can manage a dedicated team and lead from a strategic stance to enhance the workforce. Theis role will manage every aspect of the production facilities to achieve the goals set for customers based on delivery and quality expectations whilst controlling the operating cost of the factories. By ensuring a smooth process from receipt of material through to loading of their vehicles.
