This role exists because of that growth – it’s a brand new position, created to bring professional management structure to the department. The role As Production Manager, you’ll lead manufacturing within your department, working through a supervisory team to hit sales orders on schedule and at the right quality level. You’ll use FactoryMaster, the site’s ERP system, to track OTIF, efficiency and safety. Success looks like production decisions being made locally, a supervisory structure that runs itself, and measurable gains in output and quality.
