Production Manager Hungerford £50,000 per annum Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Hungerford, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on manufacturing professional to lead a skilled production team, drive operational improvements, and play a key role in achieving high standards across safety, quality, cost and delivery. Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Production Technicians, providing day-to-day support, guidance and performance management Promote and maintain a strong Health and Safety culture, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements Drive production performance to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets Ensure products are manufactured in line with customer specifications and internal quality standards Maintain compliance with ISO9001 and relevant quality procedures Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with engineering teams during the product design process to ensure designs are suitable for manufacture Support the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies, processes and improvements Provide hands-on support within production when required, offering additional resource and training guidance Manage production timesheets, resource planning and departmental requirements Develop and ..... full job details .....
