Production Manager

Job Advert:Position: Production Manager Location: WirralHours: Days Monday - Friday Salary: 40,000- 45,000 per annumJob Summary We are seeking an experienced production manager to lead our on-site manufacturing operations in Wirral Working closely with the Factory Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day production activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in meeting delivery schedules and optimising productivity across the shop floor.Experience / Person Specification Required:Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production machinery and processes.Demonstrable track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.Proficient in SAP (or a similar ERP system) for production and inventory management.Solid experience of quality control processes and working to defined standards.Desirable:Formal engineering or manufacturing qualification.Experience of lean manufacturing or similar improvement methodologies.Please contact Nicola for more information on (phone number removed) or email (url removed) ..... full job details .....
