Previous foundry or core shop experience is advantageous but not essential , as we welcome applicants with strong supervisory, manufacturing, or production management backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement across the department. Key Responsibilities Plan and organise machine workloads on a daily basis. Monitor and check the quality of completed work. Ensure machines are operating efficiently and effectively. Provide hands-on support with machine operation when required. Troubleshoot and resolve machine and production issues. Monitor and maintain process control procedures.
