Production Manager

Your new role As the Night Shift Production/Shift Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the production operations during night hours, ensuring throughput, efficiency, and product quality are consistently achieved. You will lead a team of production staff, overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations to build a proactive, collaborative culture.You will implement and maintain quality systems, including supporting the business through BRC accreditation, and ensure corrective actions are taken when processes deviate from standard. You will direct production activities to meet schedules and delivery deadlines, introduce best practice operational methods, and drive improvements in production processes. You will support shop floor activity as required, ensuring strong housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
