This role offers the chance to lead high-performing yeams, shape production processes and make a real impact within a fast-moving environment.Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee production activities to achieve targets across output, quality and costEnsure a robust food safety and compliance cultureManage and develop production teams, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing supportWork closely with Operations Manager to maintain smooth coordination between departmentsImplement and champion continuous improvement initiatives, reducing waste and enhancing efficiencyUse KPIs such as OEE, yield, and downtime to identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain accurate production data and prepare reports for senior leadership About you: Experience as a Production Manager or senior production leader in food manufacturingSolid working knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety regulationsStrong communication, leadership and team development skillsAbility to problem solve and remain calm under pressureA continuous improvement mindset with a track record of delivering resultsComfortable working with data, KPIs and ERP / production systems Benefits: Company pension schemeCycle to work schemeFree ..... full job details .....
