What You''ll Be Doing

As Production Manager, you''ll take ownership of a busy manufacturing department, leading from the front and creating a culture where safety, quality and performance come first.

You''ll:

• Lead, coach and develop a large production team, creating an engaged, high-performing culture.
• Deliver production targets while maintaining exceptional quality and food safety standards.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, waste reduction and overall factory performance.
• Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement meaningful improvements.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Technical, Planning and Supply Chain to keep the operation running at its best.
• Champion continuous improvement and encourage new ideas from every level of the business.
• Develop Team Leaders and Supervisors, helping them reach their full potential.
• Ensure Health & Safety and compliance remain at the heart of everything you do.

Who We''re Looking For

You''ll already be an experienced Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager within food manufacturing and be someone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering results.

Ideally you''ll bring:

• Experience within dairy manufacturing or another fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams.
• A proven track record of improving production performance and delivering operational excellence.
• Experience managing KPIs, labour, efficiencies and continuous improvement projects.
• A hands-on management style and the confidence to make decisions.
• A positive mindset with a genuine passion for developing both people and processes.
