Reports to: Factory Manager About the Role We re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a safe, efficient and high-performing production operation. You ll be responsible for delivering against key safety, quality, service, people, yield, efficiency and cost targets, while providing visible leadership to Team Leaders and the wider production team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, developing people and driving continuous improvement. What You ll Be Doing Lead daily production to deliver the agreed plan safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Monitor KPIs and take action to improve productivity, yield, labour, waste, downtime and costs. Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, supporting performance, engagement and succession planning. Ensure high standards of health and safety, food safety, hygiene, HACCP and compliance. Investigate incidents, address risks and ensure corrective actions are completed.
