Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, they are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team and lead day-to-day operations at their Stockport facility. The RoleAs Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the day shift production team of up to 40 employees. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality across all production areas.You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including daily liaison with Daniel Gale at Time Recruitment, to coordinate agency staff and permanent employees. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, optimise resources, and uphold compliance with food safety regulations.
