Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a Production Manager to their team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production across the shop floor, ensuring all furniture and joinery projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage 4 Foremen across different teams, making sure workflow, productivity, quality assurance, and health and safety are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
